Set out below are the terms on which Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics provides service to its patients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics treatment.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 07825085598. We will need to know that you wish to cancel with 48 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel or rearrange 48 hours before your allocated consultation or treatment time will result in the loss of your treatment time and deposit.
Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. If you are expected to run late then please phone ahead to ensure that disruption to the clinic running is kept to a minimum and that your appointment can be honoured fully. Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
Any patient who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult able to chaperone the child whilst the patient is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.*
*Due to Covid-19, patients must attend the appointment alone. Where someone is driving the patient to the appointment, the driver must remain in their car for the duration of the appointment.
To secure an appointment with Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics, a booking fee is required at time of booking. This fee will be 50% of your booking total. The booking fee is then deducted from your final bill. Final payment is required to be made 48 hours prior to your treatment.
Your booking fee is non-refundable should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason. You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior, however if 48 hours’ notice is not given, you will forfeit your booking fee. A new booking fee will then be charged for the new appointment.
The fee is mandatory for all online bookings, including bookings made via email, social media, calls and texts.
If you are unable to book in for your requested day or time, please contact Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive later than 10 minutes to your appointment, and you will forfeit your booking fee.
In cases of failure to attend, late running, or failure to re-schedule within 48 hours of an existing appointment or treatment it is in the patients’ responsibility to inform Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics. Failure to do so will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of deposit.
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 3 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 3 months will be forfeited.
Dermal peel packages are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.
We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why.
Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the patient.
It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the patient’s failure to disclose such details.
The patient agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics negligence.
Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics endeavours to treat all its patients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics will be pleased to help.
The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the Clinic Manager or their designated deputy, and you will receive a letter within seven days of lodging the complaint that an investigation into the matter is under way.
During the course of the investigation, Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics may require you to attend an additional consultation with the practitioner involved in your treatment, if this is deemed appropriate. If you are not satisfied with this initial attempt at resolution, or have any objection to being seen by this practitioner, the clinic’s board of directors will review your case personally.

We will not share your data with any third party except for administrative purposes relating to the services we provide and where we may be required to do so by law.”
The information that we require on our form is used to process your request quickly and accurately. From time to time we may also send you marketing material through email, SMS or direct mail related to our products and services from Dr Reena’s Facial Aesthetics clinics (data controller) and its subsidiaries.
